“The room was filthy. I am not picky about hotels when it’s just an overnight somewhere, and the ‘usual suspect’ budget chains like Quality Inn are usually reliable for meeting basic needs. This room disgusted even me. I spilled a little water and wiped it up with a washrag and it came up black. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and under the rim of the sink. “Our daughter goes to camp in Mentone. This cabin was a perfect place to stay the night before “drop off”. Very helpful staff and super clean!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is I don’t want too many people to find this letter gem (wink wink)”
